Made to Order
Every Extendos case is made on demand. When you place an order, your art insert is custom printed and assembled specifically for you. This means no waste, no mass-produced inventory — just a product built for your card.
Because of this, all orders require 3–5 business days of production time before they ship. This is not shipping time — this is us making your product.
No Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of every case, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Production begins immediately after purchase. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on USPS.com. If you don't receive a tracking number within 6 business days of your order, reach out via our contact page.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your case arrives damaged, send a photo to our contact page within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no charge. For lost packages, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will file a claim and reship.
