What We Sell

Extendos sells premium acrylic display cases with custom extended art inserts designed for trading cards.

IMPORTANT: Extendos sells cases only. No trading cards are included with any purchase. The cards shown in product images and marketing materials are for display purposes only and are the property of their respective owners. If you are purchasing a case for a specific card, you must already own that card.

Made to Order

Every Extendos case is produced on demand. When you place an order, your art insert is custom printed and assembled specifically for your order. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Because production begins immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases: — Your order arrives damaged (photo required within 48 hours of delivery) — You receive the wrong item

In either case, we will replace the item at no charge. We do not issue monetary refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your case arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at extendosco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or storage after delivery.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Extendos is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, branding, and content on this website are the property of Extendos unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Trading card artwork featured in our extended art inserts is the intellectual property of the respective card publishers (e.g., The Pokémon Company, Bandai). Extendos creates transformative artistic extensions of this artwork for personal display use only. Our cases are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced in partnership with any card publisher.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Extendos does not store payment card details.

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Extendos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
